Abstract

With the coming of information age, higher education institutions are required to transform higher education governance by utilizing the four pillars of the industrial revolution 4.0, namely big data, internet of things, internet of services and artificial intelligence. Universities need to implement a governance system that makes information and communication technology the center of their operational activities. The use of big data technology in higher education enterprise architecture offers an approach that can be used as a reference in developing data centers to support higher education (PT) academic activities. The adaptive learning model itself is an information technology-based approach in forming and dissemination of knowledge with the aim of planning an adaptive learning process in which the learning process will be adjusted to the level of understanding that has been achieved. This research was conducted using the results of data center modeling with the supervised learning method in building a study program adaptive learning model. This research is an advanced stage of the results of the development of a knowledge governance system model in previous research, which will be continued with the knowledge application process and studying patterns of knowledge dissemination through modeling of adaptive self-learning systems for study programs by building learning structures based on curriculum structure, learning methods, and evaluation results. student learning process. The results of the research study will be published in a reputable national journal.
