Analisis Pemodelan Sistem Pengelolaan dan Pendukungan Keputusan Terhadap Pengadaan Inventaris Pada Universitas Atma Jaya Makassar

Abstract

Atma Jaya Makassar University (UAJM) as a university has a lot of inventory to support lectures, but so far it has experienced difficulties when wanting to view item data because the inventory process is still being carried out by storing and inputting item data one by one. into the MS Excel application. Goods data stored in MS Excel is incomplete because the workflow for storing goods that is currently running cannot see how much the total initial stock and remaining stock are in each unit, so it often causes errors in the inventory process, besides that complete data is not available which often causes problems in carrying out the procurement of goods, where the goods requested by the faculty/unit are not in accordance with those procured by the foundation. These challenges institutional leaders in planning and making final decisions regarding inventory procurement. This study aims to analyze and develop management models and decision support systems (SPK) for procurement of goods. The analytical method used is fishbone and gap analysis. The result of this research is to assist UAJM in managing inventory data and determining procurement decisions by modeling an inventory data management system with DSS using TOPSIS.
