Abstract

Academic information System is an academy service system that is built to provide convenience to users in online academic administration of campus activities, such as the admission process of new students (PMB), currikulum, schedule, the registration of the study plan (KRS), the report card (KHS), the management of the lecturer & student data. This system can also serve as a supporter for data analysis in determining campus decisions. KRS and KHS mobile system that runs in STIK Stella Maris Makassar processing is often encountered obstacles on the website, especially in the sub domian KRS and KHS where the website display is difficult to use and also not in sync with the mobile display because students still use mobile phones to access the KRS and KHS systems online. Based on scientific methods, this type of research is a type of non-engineered research because this research is conducted based on existing case studies and case investigations to define restricted entities. The result of the development of academic service system management Card Study Plan Online is in the form of integrating the website KRS and KHS online into a single page of the website in order to adjust in several screens at once or better known as Responsive Web Design and presentation of student value report data, then the website interface needs to be adjusted to existing needs so as to facilitate and accelerate the process of managing KRS and KHS online at STIK Stella Maris Makassar
