Abstract

There are some problems faced by FKUB Makassar in managing the data provided by the religious community committee, such as the permit files are still a printed copy, incomplete, file validation is still manually matching one by one citizen approval signatures, digitalization is needed during this pandemic, and SOP transparency is needed to monitor the progress of submissions. The results of this research using Rapid Application Development are to design a system that can manage and track files related to the application for permits for the construction of houses of worship in Makassar City by all religious communities and FKUB
